What is Afrobeats Getaway?
Afrobeats Getaway is a sunshine-filled travel experience built around Afrobeats culture — daytime beach brunches, sunset sessions, and themed day events. Expect four unforgettable days of music, food, and connection by the sea.

Do I need a visa to visit Albania?
If you already hold a valid UK visa, you do not need a separate visa to enter Albania.
Visitors without a UK visa should check Albania’s entry requirements for their nationality before booking.

Where should I stay?
We recommend booking your hotel or Airbnb near Durres Beach — ideally along the shoreline.
All Afrobeats Getaway venues are within walking distance in that area, so staying close makes everything easier.

How do I join the WhatsApp group?

Tickets & Entry

What’s included with my ticket?
Access to all daytime experiences across the event days — beach brunches, themed day parties, and sunset sessions.
Food and drinks are purchased separately unless stated on your ticket.

How do I buy tickets?
Visit our Tickets Page, select your ticket, and checkout securely via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
You’ll receive an email with your QR e-ticket immediately after purchase.

I didn’t receive my ticket email — what do I do?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder.
If it’s not there, email info@afrobeatsgetaway.com with your order number and name — we’ll resend it.

Do I need ID for entry?
Yes. Bring a photo ID that matches the name on your ticket.
Your QR code must be shown for entry at each event.

Can I change the name on my ticket?
Name changes are allowed until 7 days before the event.
Email info@afrobeatsgetaway.com with your order number and the new name.

Can I refund or resell my ticket?
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled.
If you need to transfer your ticket, please request a name change before the deadline.

Are payment plans or “Pay Later” options available?
Yes — you can pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or “Pay Later” (availability depends on your bank and country).

At the Event

Are these daytime events only?
Yes. Afrobeats Getaway focuses on daytime parties and sunset sessions — not late nights.

What should I wear?
Beach-friendly and stylish daytime fits.
Some events will have themed dress codes, announced before the trip.

What should I bring?
Photo ID, sunscreen, hat, comfortable footwear, and your QR ticket (make sure your phone is charged).
Bring swimwear for beach activities!

What’s the age requirement?
All guests must be 18+ with valid ID.

What happens if it rains?
Events continue in light weather.
If heavy rain occurs, schedules or venues may shift — updates will be sent via email and posted in the WhatsApp group.

Is the event accessible?
Yes — most venues are accessible, but if you have specific needs, email info@afrobeatsgetaway.com before buying tickets so we can assist.

Payments & Travel

What currency do I pay in?
Tickets on our website are charged in GBP (£).
Local purchases in Albania (food, drinks, etc.) are in Albanian Lek (ALL) or € where accepted.

Cash or card on site?
Most partner venues accept card; some may accept cash. We recommend carrying both for convenience.

Flights & accommodation
Flights and hotels are not included in your ticket price.
Fly into Tirana International Airport (TIA) — around 40 minutes from Durres Beach.
Book your stay near the Durres shoreline for quick walking access to all event venues.

Group bookings
For groups of 10 or more, email info@afrobeatsgetaway.com — we’ll help coordinate and keep your group together.
