1. Event Tickets – No Refunds

All Afrobeats Getaway event tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of personal circumstances

  • Travel issues or delays

  • Illness or injury

  • Visa denial

  • Failure to attend the event

  • Incorrect ticket purchase

This policy applies to all ticket types, including General Admission, VIP, and any add-ons.

2. Transfers & Resale

  • Tickets may be transferred to another person only if officially permitted and approved by Afrobeats Getaway.

  • Any unauthorised resale, duplication, or misuse of tickets may result in invalid entry without refund.

  • Afrobeats Getaway is not responsible for tickets purchased from third parties or unauthorised sellers.

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

Afrobeats Getaway reserves the right to:

  • Change event venues, dates, times, artists, or schedules where necessary

  • Modify or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, force majeure, or operational issues

If an event is cancelled entirely and no replacement is offered, refunds or credits may be issued at our sole discretion. Booking fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

4. Travel, Accommodation & Third-Party Services

Afrobeats Getaway is not responsible for:

  • Flights, accommodation, visas, transport, or personal travel arrangements

  • Losses incurred due to travel disruptions or missed events

Refunds for third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this policy may result in:

  • Immediate ticket cancellation

  • Permanent removal from Afrobeats Getaway events

  • Legal action where applicable
